Ultrasonic welding is a high-tech technology for welding thermoplastic products. All kinds of thermoplastic rubber parts can be treated by ultrasonic welding without adding solvent, adhesive or other auxiliary products. The utility model has the advantages of increasing multiple productivity, reducing cost, improving product quality and safe production.

ABS resin is one of the five synthetic resins. It has excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical properties. It also has the characteristics of easy processing, stable product size and good surface gloss. It is easy to paint and color. It can also carry out secondary processing such as surface metal spraying, electroplating, welding, hot pressing and bonding. It is widely used in machinery, automobile It is a kind of thermoplastic engineering plastics with a wide range of applications in the industrial fields such as electronics, instruments and meters, textiles and construction.

PC is colorless, transparent, heat resistant, impact resistant and flame retardant. It has good mechanical properties at ordinary service temperature. Compared with polymethylmethacrylate, polycarbonate has good impact resistance, high refractive index and good processability. Polycarbonate is a common material in daily life. Due to its colorless, transparent and excellent impact resistance, common daily applications include optical discs, glasses, water bottles, bulletproof glass, goggles, bank bullet proof glass, headlights, animal cages, pet cages, etc.

PP is one of the lighter common plastics. It has excellent electrical properties and can be used as moisture and heat resistant high-frequency insulating material. PP is a crystalline polymer. When the melt condenses, it shows a large shrinkage (1.0% - 1.5%) due to the large change of specific volume and high degree of molecular orientation. In the molten state of PP, heating up has little effect on reducing its viscosity. Therefore, in the process of molding, we should mainly improve the injection pressure and shear rate in order to improve the molding quality of products. It is used in automobile industry (mainly PP containing metal additives: fender, ventilation pipe, fan, etc.), equipment (dishwasher door gasket, dryer ventilation pipe, washing machine frame and cover, refrigerator door gasket, etc.), daily consumer goods (lawn and gardening equipment, such as lawn mower and sprinkler, etc.).

PE is insoluble in water and has little water absorption. It only slightly dissolves some chemical solvents, such as toluene and acetic acid, at a temperature above 70 ℃. However, particulate polyethylene can melt or solidify with the change of temperature between 15 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. When the temperature increases, it melts and absorbs heat; When the temperature decreases, it solidifies and releases heat. It is also a good building material because it has small water absorption, is not easy to be wet and has insulation performance.
